Minute Taking

Overview

A good set of minutes will show the reasons why decisions were reached, what those decisions were and the individual action points that will make them a reality. This course is aimed at people whose job involves taking formal or informal meeting minutes.

On this course, participants will learn the role and responsibilities of the minute taker, the basic elements of effective minute taking, and tips and techniques to ensure that the meetings’ minutes are accurate, objective and a true reflection of the decisions taken.
