Overview
Meetings do not always enjoy a particularly good reputation. In many organisations they are notorious timewasters and are often unproductive. This course is aimed at people whose job involves leading meetings.
On this course, participants will learn practical strategies and techniques to ensure that meetings are well-planned, productive and rewarding for the meeting participants.
