Emotional Intelligence
Overview
This course covers the development and use of emotional intelligence to increase self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management in the context of the workplace.
On this course, participants will learn how to develop and use emotional intelligence to enhance team performance by building trust with team members, communicating more effectively, successfully negotiating and resolving differences, and improving the overall level of collaboration.
