Our Training Approach

Bamboo Bridge focuses on leadership development and communication skills, with a selection of personal development courses available too. Our courses are designed to encourage deep thinking and to give participants the opportunity to use their prior knowledge and experience, which they can apply to new learning.

In-Person or Online Training

Our courses can be delivered by a trainer in a classroom setting or online in a virtual classroom. Bamboo Bridge trainers have a minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate training with deep subject-matter expertise and a consistent record for attracting high satisfaction scores from participants. Customising the Learning Experience

Bamboo Bridge courses can be contextualised to increase their relevance to the client’s industry and business purpose. This service is offered at no extra charge. In addition, clients can discuss any specific outcomes they would like to achieve with one of our consultants.
